For experienced professionals from around 50, for people shortly before or after retirement, and for anyone looking for a part-time job, a mandate or a fresh start. There is no fixed age limit.

No. Many companies specifically look for experience, reliability and people who can get started without a long induction – especially for part-time roles, substitutions and mandates. What matters is how you present your experience: up to date, relevant to the job and without the typical age traps in your CV.

In Switzerland, Germany and Austria. The website is available in German, English, French and Italian.

The talent pool is free. You can activate and test the AI modules individually: Cover letter from 10.– €, CV Booster from 20.– € and Interview Coach from 26.– € per month. You only pay for the support you actually use.

Yes. The application package (cover letter, CV Booster and talent pool) and the all-round package (plus Interview Coach) each run for 3 months and are cheaper than booking individually. Both include the 50plus job board.

No. You book on a case-by-case basis – once or for a limited period, depending on the module. There is no automatic renewal you need to worry about.

You can view the first 30 jobs for free. If you subscribe to another module, the job board is included at no extra cost.

Yes. In Germany and Austria, prices are shown in euros automatically – the amounts are the same as in Swiss francs. You can switch the currency yourself at any time above the price tables.

Yes. Many offers are aimed at people who want to keep working with reduced hours, on projects or after retirement. You can filter specifically for part-time.

In the talent pool you create a profile that companies search specifically for experience. Instead of applying everywhere, you are contacted directly – including for jobs that are never advertised publicly.

Many jobs are never advertised publicly but filled through networks, referrals or direct approaches. With a profile in the talent pool you become visible for such jobs: companies send you a request, and you decide whether to respond.

• Tap into the hidden job market

You choose whether your profile is shown to companies anonymously or with full details. Other candidates only ever see your profile anonymously.

Not if you don't want them to. With an anonymised profile, companies see your experience and skills but not your name. Anyone who wants to meet you sends you a request – you decide whether to reply.

Your data is only used for your job search and is never sold. You can edit or delete your profile at any time. Details are in our privacy policy; the Swiss Federal Data Protection Commissioner provides general information on your rights.

Yes. After reaching the reference age you can continue working. An AHV allowance of CHF 16,800 per year or CHF 1,400 per month and employer applies to your earned income; AHV contributions are only due above that. The official AHV leaflet explains the exact rules.

Since 2023 there is no longer an additional earnings limit for old-age pensions in Germany – including early old-age pensions. Limits still apply to reduced earning capacity pensions. The Deutsche Rentenversicherung provides binding information.

With the regular old-age pension, additional earnings are generally possible; limits may apply to early and special forms of pension. Check your situation with the Pension Insurance Institution.

Yes. Our tools support your applications regardless of your situation. In Switzerland, the RAV is responsible for daily allowances, advice and placement.

They can usually start without a long induction, bring industry and leadership experience and pass knowledge on to younger colleagues. Especially in times of skills shortages, substitutions or projects, they close gaps quickly and reliably.

You can emphasise experience, reliability and flexible working models in your ad. Avoid age limits or phrases like “young team” that exclude older or younger applicants – in Germany, the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG) prohibits age discrimination in job ads.

You choose the duration: 350.– € for 1 month, 580.– € for 2 months or 670.– € for 3 months (each excl. VAT) – for one job ad and/or access to the profile database, all-inclusive, with no hidden extra costs.

Depending on the chosen duration, 1, 2 or 3 months. During this time it is visible both in the 50plus job board and to suitable profiles in the profile database.

Yes. For companies in Germany and Austria the same amounts apply in euros, each plus VAT. The currency is detected automatically and can be switched on the pricing page.

Yes. You receive complete applications including answers to your screening questions, instead of having to sift through dozens of unsuitable profiles.

Yes. With access to the profile database you can contact suitable profiles directly, even without your own ad – for example for positions you don't want to advertise publicly.

Yes. Besides permanent positions you can advertise part-time and project roles, mandates, temporary assignments and substitutions – exactly the models many experienced professionals and retirees are looking for.

Retirees can work for you on a permanent, hourly, fixed-term or project basis. An AHV allowance of CHF 16,800 per year applies per employment relationship; AHV/IV/EO contributions are only due on salary above that. Unemployment insurance contributions no longer apply after the reference age. The official AHV leaflet sets out the details.
