What does this cost for me as a candidate?
Company matching is free when you use the CV Booster. The 50plus job board is free as soon as you book another module. Our short price quiz shows you in just a few questions which combination suits your situation – and what it costs.
How do your tools differ from ChatGPT and similar?
Generic AI tools are good generalists, but they don't know the logic of the DACH job market or the specific signals that cause experienced profiles to get stuck in recruiting. Our tools are specifically trained for 50plus situations – based on structured interviews with over 1,200 recruiters and the analysis of several thousand CVs and application processes – and are directly integrated into the application process, rather than being an open chat window that you have to feed with the right questions yourself.
Does the job board only show jobs open to 50plus?
If you activate the 50plus filter, yes. Every company listed there is checked by us and actively looking for experienced professionals. You can also remove the filter and apply all our tools to any other position.
Is my profile visible to everyone in company matching?
You can choose whether your profile should be displayed anonymously or with full details for companies. Other candidates will only ever see your profile anonymously.
Are the modules subscriptions that I have to cancel?
No. You book on a case-by-case basis – either once or for a limited period, depending on the module. There is no automatic renewal you need to worry about.

What does this cost for me as a company?
You choose the duration: CHF 290.– for 1 month, CHF 500.– for 2 months, or CHF 690.– for 3 months (each excl. VAT) – for a job ad and/or access to the profile database, all-inclusive, with no hidden additional costs.
How long will my job ad be visible?
Depending on the chosen duration, 1, 2, or 3 months. During this time, it is visible both in the 50plus job board and to suitable profiles in the profile database.
Are applications pre-filtered?
Yes. You receive complete applications including screening questions, instead of having to sift through dozens of unsuitable profiles.
Can I actively contact profiles even without posting a job?
Yes. With access to the profile database, you can actively contact suitable profiles even without posting an ad.
